The Rev. Joseph A. Pipa, Jr., Ph.D., is a graduate of Belhaven College and Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, Mississippi, and a Ph.D. from Westminister Theological Seminary in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He pastored churches in Mississippi and Texas and California. he was a director and professor at Westminister Theological Seminary in California for 8 years and is currently president of Greenville Presbyterian Theological Seminary in Greenville, South Carolina. Dr. Pipa has authored two books and many other articles. He is married to Carolyn and they have a married daughter, a son and one granddaughter.
