Rev. Dr. Elias Medeiros is the Chairman of the Missions Department at Reformed Theological Seminary with a Masters of Divinity and TH.M in Missiology. He is a Conference speaker, preacher, and former church planter. Rev. Dr. Elias Medeiros is a third generation evangelical Christian, was ordained in the Presbyterian Church of Brazil and has ministered in over eleven countries.
